We want you to love your Floradora pieces. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging with tags on. Sale items are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping/bearer costs.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
At the moment, Floradora only ships in Jamaica. We’re working toward international shipping and can’t wait to expand—be sure to join our mailing list for updates.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
We accept all major credit cards as well as direct bank deposits. Please note that cash on delivery is not available at this time.
